It’s been a while since the last time that I randomly bought a bus ticket with my favorite travel buddies. And since one of my friends was having a vacation here in the Philippines, and another friend just got back from the U.S., there was no way I can say no to adventures.
It was a fun day at Cebu.
We just had the island experience of Sumilon and we were waiting for a bus going back to Oslob bus terminal. It was getting dark and waiting for a bus was taking too long. After an hour of waiting, a bus finally came.
If you’re planning to go to a white empty beach outside Manila this weekend with only less than ₱3,000 in your pocket, consider Cagbalete Island. The road less traveled is always the most rewarding one, and the road to this island seems to be hardly (but not really) traveled at all. Continue reading “Weekend Trip: ₱500 to Cagbalete Island”
I already posted this on Facebook. But I feel like I need to put it up here. And by this time, much more detailed. So to all who have been asking and/or want to know how our Cebu trip went, here it goes:
The day before this trip, I was somewhere in Quezon City for our store’s late Christmas party. I did drink. I still wanted to drink. But I had to leave my friend’s house at 2:00am if I like to not miss my 7:00am flight. When I went home, feeling a bit tipsy and without any sleep at all, I grabbed my backpack and did a little touch up.
That was the question that I asked myself 4 weeks before my graduation.
If you’re asking yourself or you think you’ll be asking yourself with the same question, and if you’ll consider my personal opinion I will say:
How are you? If you’re wondering how I am, I’m doing okay. I just want you to know that I did it. I finally put up something where I can write all the stories inside my head that were never been said. From how I feel upon waking up inside a bus during an 8-hour travel just to see the sunrise to what I am really thinking when I walk on the beach at 4am when I’m really really drunk.. Exciting, right?
